AEM's RTD-Type Temperature Sensor (PN 30-2052) is packed with features that deliver consistent measurement and long life. This AEM EGT Sensor features a closed-tip design that lasts longer than the previous generation's perforated tip design and the tip is smaller for less intrusion-and less restriction. Inconel-tubing protects the wiring, which is terminated with a high-quality DTM-style 2-pin connector. The sensor reads a temperature range of -40 to 1,560 degrees F (-40 to 850 degrees C), and its thin-film platinum element provides a high degree of accuracy (+/- 0.9% from 536 to 1,560 degrees F). AEM offers high quality stainless steel PSIa sensors in 15 (1BAR), 30 (2BAR), 50 (3.5BAR), 75 (5BAR) and 100 (7BAR). PSIa is referenced to absolute zero. Absolute zero is the pressure measurement when all the pressure exerted by the atmosphere has been removed. The most common use for absolute pressure sensors is reading manifold pressure. PSIa pressure sensors are required if you wish to measure vacuum. A PSIa sensor will read about 14.7 PSI when the sensing element is exposed to atmospheric pressure at sea level however they can be recalibrated to read zero at atmospheric and a negative number at values less than atmospheric pressure.WarrantyInstallation Instructions

AEM High Volume fuel rails feature a 1/2-inch fuel bore to support fuel flow for applications up to 1,000 horsepower. This large bore also dampens backpressure pulses created by larger injectors and works perfectly with stock injector sizes. It unites accuracy, speed and control with an easy to read, digital LED display and sweeping LED "needle" that changes colors as AFR changes from rich to lean. NOTE: The 30-4100 Wideband UEGO Gauge Controller that uses the 4.2 LSU sensor will be superseded to the 30-4110 Wideband UEGO Gauge Controller that uses the 4.9 LSU sensor in August 2014. AEM's Wideband UEGO (Universal Exhaust Gas Oxygen, pronounced "You-Way-Go") Controllers are powerful, cost-effective tuning tools that allow users to accurately monitor the Air/Fuel Ratio (AFR) of their engine. WHY USE A WIDEBAND AIR/FUEL CONTROLLER? Accurate AFR data is critical when tuning an engine. Running rich (very low air/fuel ratio, excessive fuel) can cause a loss in power, while running too lean (very high air/fuel ratio, not enough fuel) may result in serious engine damage. Using a wideband air/fuel controller during the tuning process allows you to monitor AFR and adjust tuning parameters to optimize them for maximum power and efficiency. AEM has a comprehensive line of highly accurate, reliable wideband air/fuel controllers that can help ensure your vehicle is optimally tuned. WHAT IS FREE-AIR CALIBRATION? Some of our competitors require that you frequently perform a free-air calibration procedure to calibrate their O2 sensors. This process involves removing the sensor from the bung while still connected to the controller device, then waving the sensor in the air so it can read atmospheric O2 levels. AEM's 400LPH high flow fuel pumps were designed with high performance naturally aspirated and forced induction EFI vehicles in mind! They deliver the same high flow and reliable performance that AEM has become known for at very competitive price. Each pump is individually flow tested and guaranteed to flow 400+ LPH (106 GPH) at 40 PSI (13.5V), which on gasoline will support 1000+ horsepower!* The pumps also maintain their high flowrate even as system pressure increases flowing 330+ LPH at 70 PSI (13.5V) which will support approx. 870 HP* on gasoline! With their compact 39mm body (same size as Walbro 255), low amperage draw, 11mm inlets and 9mm barbed outlet's these fuel pumps were designed to replace the OEM fuel pump in many applications. The 50-1230 features a double barbed outlet that is ideal for 3/8-inch ID hose where the 50-1235 features a smooth barbed outlet that is compatible with 5/16-inch ID hose. Each pump includes a wiring harness, pre filter, internal fuel hose and clamps, end cap and rubber buffer sleeve.

It is imperative to ensure that the polarity of the electrical plug in your tank is correct for your pump if you choose to use it. If it is not correct, you can either re-pin it or use the supplied plug. Although AEM's High Flow Fuel Pumps are the same physical size as many OEM fuel pumps, they may not be appropriate for a specific application. These AEM LSU 4.2 sensors have a laser-etched, calibrated resistor in the sensor's connector body. This resistor is specifically created for the exact sensor that it is attached to. Modifying this will invalidate the sensor's output.
