Air Compressors

The engineers at ARB produced a solution to safely house an ARB CKSA12 or CKMA12 single air compressor behind the back seat of the vehicle. This solution allows the remote mounting of ARB's Air Locker(TM) and LINX Vehicle Accessory Interface solenoids along with the compressor. The intuitive design of this bracket kit provides direct access to the air hose coupling outlet and switch to the right of the rear passenger seat which alleviates the need to lower the back seat to access and use the compressor. The driver can simply plug their ARB air hose into the air hose coupling outlet, then flick the switch or activate pressure control on the LINX display to fire up the compressor and conveniently utilize its air supply. Our Air Compressor Mount & Storage Box provides a hidden & convenient location for mounting an ARB single or twin on-board air system compressor. A rubber grommet and access hole provides easy wire management access for the compressor. This system enables you to easily air up and down while on the trail without all the extra setup required for an external compressor system. Our larger box replaces the smaller OEM box, and installs easily to factory mounting points. In addition to the compressor mount, there is an additional storage compartment perfect for things like air hoses, recovery equipment, or tools. The provided heat shielding material insulates the container from heat radiating from the exhaust & external roadway temperatures. Mounting a compressor in modern day vehicles has become more and more of a challenge as engine bays in modern vehicles have limited room for the installation of aftermarket accessories. To combat this, ARB has introduced a high quality, engineered bracket system to integrate the ARB compressor into your vehicle. The Jeep Wrangler JL Compressor Bracket allows you to install a CKMTA, CKMA, or CKSA (locker only) compressor with optional Air Locker(TM) solenoids, quick connect coupling, switch, manifold kit (CKMTA only) and ARB LINX PRV (pressure regulator) under either the left or right front seat. An additional bracket is included for fitment of the 4L ARB Air Tank to the underside of the vehicle (not suitable for the 2.0L e-torque engine). The under seat location was chosen because it caters to the fitment of a twin compressor and doesnt interfere with cargo space. However, due to space constraints, the air tank is mounted underneath the vehicle.
