Introducing the Camburg X-Joint, a high-performance ball-joint designed for extreme conditions. Made with heat-treated materials and an improved boot design, it offers increased strength, better greasing, and extended longevity. The fully sealed dual lip seal design prevents contamination from dirt, sand, rain, mud, and snow. With a grease zerk fitting, you can easily grease the joint without removing the boot. Specifically designed for our ball-joint upper arms, the X-Joint provides optimum fit and maximum wheel travel. It corrects suspension geometry, improves handling, and allows for a wider range of alignment adjustment. The tubular construction offers more tire and shock clearance compared to stock arms. CNC bent tubes, MIG welded, and featuring thicker .156" wall round tubing, these arms are built to last. Polyurethane frame pivot bushings with grease-able zerk fittings ensure smooth operation. The Camburg X-Joint comes pre-installed with billet aluminum covers and a matte black powder-coating. All necessary hardware is included for easy installation. Our Camburg upper arms are designed to address the limitations of stock upper arms when lifting your truck. By replacing the stock ball-joint with a larger 1.50 uni-ball bearing, we improve wheel travel and durability under extreme conditions. We also adjust the camber curve and increase caster to correct geometry, resulting in improved driving characteristics and handling. Our arms are designed using CAD/CAM engineering software and manufactured in-house with precision. They feature thicker .156" wall round tubing, laser-cut and CNC-bent tubes, and MIG welding. The arms come with polyurethane frame pivot bushings with grease-able zerk fittings, FK 1.50" PTFE-lined uniballs, and steel gray powder-coating. All necessary hardware is included for installation. The arms are made in the USA and designed for 1-3" of lift, compatible with 2008-2022 Toyota Sequoias. Our arms are meticulously designed and refined, meeting high standards. They are CNC machined from aerospace quality 6061 billet aluminum, bead blasted, anodized gun metal gray, and laser etched with our logo. We use a larger FK 1.25" uniball with a PTFE liner for increased strength and mis-alignment, allowing for maximum wheel travel. Made in the USA, our arms are superior to cheaper imports. The uniball is adapted to the spindle/knuckle using model specific spacers machined from heat-treated stainless steel. No drilling or modifications are needed. The 1.25" uniball allows for a low profile press-on cap to resist the elements. We use larger and stronger FK 7/8" chromoly heim joints for additional camber and caster adjustment, eliminating flexing/deflection under hard use and braking. AN/Mil-spec hardware, including a single pinch bolt and secondary jam nut, ensures secure heim joint usage. Our V2 design increases usable wheel travel, corrects camber and caster, and eliminates weak factory ball-joints. All necessary hardware is included for installation. For the '17-18 Ford Raptors we offer our 1.25" uniball upper arms that use polyurethane bushings. You're able to use the factory offset wheels and tires. When running larger 37" tires you want to use a zero offset wheel. These do NOT work on the 2019+ models that have a position sensor incorporated into the new FOX electronic suspension unless you have the damper interface module installed to disable. When lifting your truck, the stock upper arms become the limiting factor and hold back your suspensions performance. Our Camburg upper arms address these issues and more.  Replacing the stock ball-joint with a uni-ball bearing we're able to gain wheel travel with a part that is considerably stronger and will last longer under extreme conditions.
